I voted for Strange Attraction, I love to sing the song, well at least a valiant attempt at singing lol

I think I like this album a lot, sure it has it's faults. But it was one of the first few Cure releases I had got, along with The Top, Japanese Whispers, and Faith. I had not really heard any of Disintegration, Wish, etc. There wasn't much of an internet at this time so I could just google "the best Cure album" or something, and I couldn't afford much so i bought WMS because it was the most recent and I felt I had heard a good deal of the band's earlier albums. I really cherish WMS though. It's one of the few Cure albums were you really can say every song belongs on it, even if only because they are so spastic and quirky.

I think if it came out in 1994 with the title "Second Wishes" or something, it would have sold 5 million records and be heralded as one of The Cure's masterpieces. It's just timing, The Cure spent the longest amount of time inbetween albums for WMS since the start of their career and the music industry was changing and the styles of music, and it was like "hey it's 1996 and The Cure hasn't put out a new song in 3 years, the 80s are definitely over...lets move on" but I would definitely say its in my top 5 Cure albums and it blows away the self-titled and 4:13 dream. in my opinion
